Study: 8 Glasses Of Water A Day Not Necessary

It’s one of the most enduring bits of health advice known to man: Drink eight glasses of water every day. However, according to some researchers, that’s completely “nonsense.” A new study was published in the British Medical Journal stating that drinking that much water actually delivers no real health benefits, and it can, in fact, harm you by causing low blood sodium.
