The One-In-A-Million Blue Lobster

A blue lobster was recently caught off the coast of Prince Edward Island. Blue lobsters are very rare, only about one in a million. The blue hue comes courtesy of a genetic defect, but if a blue lobster is cooked, it comes out orange just like any other lobster.
